The ADAM-2017PZ is a wireless module with 6 analog input channels to measure the voltage and current. Its low power design allows it to be powered by 2 AA Alkaline batteries, making it an ideal module for remote data acquisition in a wide area.
The WISE-4000/LAN series is a newly designed IoT Ethernet I/O module which supports new RESTful web API for IoT applications. A HTML5 web configure interface enables users to configure WISE modules without the limitation of a platform or operation system. The built-in data logger function logs data with time information, then be retrieved in a bundle. Wide operating temperatures enable the WISE series to be implemented in more IoT data acquisition applications. As well as the new functions, the new mechanical design can let users install the module and doing diagnostics in an easier manner than before.

Advantech’s ADAM-6100 series is a new line of Industrial Ethernet Remote I/O modules. Designed with 2,500 VDC isolation protections, ADAM-6160EI, 6-ch relay output EtherNet/IP module, is very resistant to field interference. It is also equipped with the EtherNet/IP protocol, and allows daisy chain connections, making it possible to transfer data much faster during process control and other industrial automation applications. Daisy chain connectivity provides a more scalable system with fewer wires to help avoid interference common in factory settings. More importantly, Advantech’s ADAM.NET Utility comes bundled with each ADAM-6100 module, allowing users to configure, set, and test ADAM-6100 modules through Ethernet.
Analog input modules use a microprocessor-controlled integrating A/D converter to convert sensor voltage, current, thermocouple, or RTD signals into digital data. The digital data is then translated into either engineering units, twos complement hexadecimal format or percentage of full-scale range (FSR)according to the module ’s configuration. When prompted by the host computer, the data is sent through a standard RS-485 interface. The Analog Input Modules offer signal conditioning, A/D conversion, ranging, and RS-485 digital communication functions. They protect your equipment from ground loops and power surges by providing opto-isolation of the A/D input and transformer based isolation up to 3000 V DC . (ADAM-4011 has transformer-based isolation up to 500 V DC )
