An 8 channel 12-bit opto-isolated A/D piggyback for use with ModPack carrier boards. All inputs are differential and galvanically isolated. Bipolar or unipolar conversion as well as the choice between voltage or current conversion is indicated by the version being ordered. Board specific calibration data remain stored in an on-board EEPROM for software gain/offset correction. The PB-ADC3 is supported under both OS9 and
VxWorks.

The PB-DOUT2 is a 16 channel digital output module based around an intelligent “SMART” transistor which prevents the circuitry being damaged through overload or over-heating. High-side switches (common Vcc) are used to power ground referenced loads and provide protection against short circuits and overloading. The PB-DOUT2 has
software support for both OS9
and VxWorks.
